-----Is purified water adequate for rinsing after pickling
Can purified water be used to rinse after pickling prior to electroplating? I always read about distilled water being used. Also when I copper plate does the solution need to be agitated?

Hi, Jerry. It's not clear exactly what 'purified' water is, but regular city tap water is usually adequate for this rinsing, so purified water ought to be, as well.
Yes, you should agitate either the parts or the solution to keep it well mixed and to avoid depleting the copper from the boundary layer.
