Q. Dear Sir,
We are manufacturers of bird mesh and after hot dip galvanising of about 40 gsm when we send the material to the customer it gets white rust.Please give us a remedy for that so that the product does not rust.

Could you please explain your actual problem?
Like where your parts are being shipped? Shipping through Sea? what is the customer requirement? etc.,
If thare is no requirements on coating weights, etc., you have to concentrate on your packaging method. Try to pack your parts in VCI cover and put some moisture absorber in that pack.
