Recommended paint method for A360, A380 die castings to pass 168 hr Acid Salt Spray test

Does anyone know or have any experience with paint methods on A360 or A380 die castings. Our customer has a requirement that the paint must pass a 168-hr acid salt spray test. We've tried a zinc sulphate pre-treatment with powder coating, but the part failed. I understand that it's important to have the right pre-treatment process in this test. Any previous experience you may have had will be very helpful.
