Repainting Black Anodizing

I manufacture a piece of industrial equipment that uses black anodized parts. These parts have faded from UV exposure and I want to repaint them to "clean-up" the machine's look.

I can't disassemble the system to re-anodize, so does anyone have a good suggestion for an appropriate black paint for aluminum, paint prep, painting technique, and anything else I might need to know to get a clean finish?

Help is appreciated.
