-----Sodium metabisulphite reaction with water
I am trying to develop anion exchange chromatography method for detection of sodium metabisulphite.When I dissolve sodium metabisulphite in water and inject I am getting peak for sulphate closer to metabisulphite peak.How this metabisulphite conversion to sulphate take place?
