HOW TO GET SUCTION CUP BLACK RING OUT OF HONEY COLORED FURNITURE

Bought my 6 year old son brand new big boy furniture, tried to fix everything in his room just right - put suction pencil sharpner on his new desk and it left a black square ring on his brand new light/honey colored furniture. I am very distressed. PLEASE HELP!

You can try a product called Goof Off ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] , a blend of solvents for removing such things...label residue, scuff marks, it should not hurt the finish, just be sure to apply it to a rag and then rub briskly over the rubber mark.
