Surface Preparation CC-T1

A vendor powder coats a product for us. The product specification refers to CC-T1 for information on proper metal preparation. Is CC-T1 and industry standard, like NACE? Can this document be downloaded or purchased somewhere? I want to make sure that my vendor is doing the proper surface preparation of the product prior to coating. Thank you.
