Powder Coating similar to Brushed Aluminum Finish

I would like to know if I can achieve the raw aluminum finish or the brushed aluminum finish by powdercoating?

I have a powdercoated flat black wheels that originally have the brushed aluminum finish on the face of the wheels and polished lip.

I was wondering if I can ever achieve the original finish.

Also if I sand blast the whole wheels, what color would the wheels be? can I ask a polisher to polish the wheels to high gloss?
