What are the probable causes and remedies of water marks in powder coating process




We have a powder coating plant manufactured by intech surface coatings. the problem is that we are facing problem of water marks on aluminium components during powder coating process . it is specially with silver powder . can you suggest me the probable causes & how to avoid this defect.

Hi

1. Please try to warm up the components to 60 to 70 °C before applying powder coating.

2. Check your compressed air supply for free of moisture
