BLACK PASSIVATION ON STAINLESS STEEL

I would like to know whether black passivation is possible on Stainless steel and Aluminium. Which grades of stainless steel is suitable for performing black passivation? Please support me.

Hi, Krishnan. Black passivation is possible on aluminum and any grade of stainless steel. Please remember, though, that one of your principal obligations as a student is to deeply understand the questions that you seek answers to. Are you sure that you deeply understand your question?
