CPSIA Approved Rust Resistant Coating

I am looking for recommendations of a rust-resistant metal coating to coat/plate stamped steel parts that will comply with CPSIA and REACH requirements. Finish must have an aesthetically high quality, the color is not specific but ideally: black, chrome/polished appearance or within dark grays, but it must be uniform.

The finished components will be used in a general-consumer market. I need protection against storage, humidity & handling. I do not need salt or chemical protection.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...Jeff
