Immersion silver pads turn brownish after IR reflow

We encountered a few PCB pads turning brownish after PCBA IR reflow. What is the reason causing this issue?

Either no nickel barrier or too thin of one. The copper is alloying thru the silver layer. so for the thickness of silver that you have you now have a silver-copper alloy.
