Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Issues of Electrogalvanization

I am conducting an environmental impact assessment study of a threaded rod manufacturing unit in the United Arab Emirates. I want to know the HSE issues associated with electrogalvanization process (using zinc dust ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] and ammonium chloride as raw materials). Please advise. Thanks
