Stripper for nickel-palladium-gold layer

I am looking for stripper to remove nickel-palladium-gold layer from copper substrate (the copper substrate should not be attacked). Is it possible to have single stripping process for the layer (instead of two stripping steps)?

Any information about stripper can be used? Please also advise if there is available commercial product of the stripper.
