Pot annealed copper discoloration

I am working in wires and cable manufacturing firm. We have been encountering problems of discoloration with our annealed copper. The outside part of the spooled copper is bright and shiny but the inner portion is reddish to brownish in color.. What may be the reason for this? We have tried some experiments of adjusting temperature and annealing time but we have not come up with a perfect result. We hope somebody can share their experiences on this matter. Thanks in advance.

Dear,
Discoloration is related to the oxygen content or moisture of annealing furnace atmosphere.
Please be sure about content of oxygen below 5 ppm and RH% below 2
