Rust preventive for bright steel bars

we are facing lot of problem during rainy season,as bright steel bars get rusty and there is no shelf life.we are using castrol product DW 902 RUST PREVENTIVE.kindly suggest the appropriate rurt preventive.

Hi, Sanjeev. We're not going to compare one brand of a product to another brand on these pages -- the anonymity of the internet emboldens a race to the bottom when that is done. But we can certainly talk about different approaches to corrosion protection. A rust preventative for bright surfaces offers only very limited protection; and if the bars are housed in a facility that does any pickling, such that there are dilute acid vapors in the area, the shelf life approaches zero.
