Solution to achieve Matte finish on bright tin plated surface

We have a copper based raw material of 2.38 mm thickness which is bright tin plated up to 4 microns. But, due to this plating, the scratches & the fingerprints are seen on the surface during handling & operations. We want to avoid this visually seen defects by applying matte finish on this plated surface.
Kindly suggest the process or method of application.

Hi, Ganesh. The fingerprint problem is easy to solve: wear gloves. It's a new world and operators wear gloves today. As for the scratches, it may be that the parts are not carefully handled. But bead blasting before plating will help give you the texture you are seeking. Good luck.
