Bolting Galvanized Steel Trusses with Stainless Steel Bolts

On our construction project, we plan to join 2 truss halves together using stainless steel bolts since the area is highly corrosive.
Is there any concern a dissimilar metal reaction?
Also, do carbon steel M8.8 bolts have the same physical properties as M8.8 stainless steel bolts?
