Black line on extrusion after anodize

I work in extrusion factory in Thailand for production control my problem is extrusion after we send to Anodize show black line though along extrusion length.Black line appear especially on join weld area after extruded we not see any line any more we can see only after Anodize. Alloy we use is 6060,6061 and 6082 black line is often occur in hallow profile.

Please advise what should I do to improve.
