Silkscreening over Nickel Acetate Seal not adhering

Hello,

We screen parts all the time and we switched vendors and on the last batch no matter what we do we can't get the ink to cure or adhere properly. We use Superset 8900 series ink and have for some time now.

Does anyone have any suggestions.
