Best finish for Die Cast A360/A380 Aluminum Enclosure Used Outdoors

I need a finish process for our die cast (A360/A380 aluminum) enclosure that will minimize/eliminate corrosion of the enclosure and cover. The enclosure protects circuit boards and other electronics while installed outdoors. There a 3-4 sealed connectors that are mounted in holes on the side walls. The cover is attached with seal-head screws and a from-in-place o-ring style gasket is installed between the housing and cover. The final layer must be white Powder coating.

Dear Mr Solis,

You can use either Zinc Plating or CED ⇦ huh? Coating as a base coat prior to the Powder coating. The Zinc Plating would have to be phosphated again before Powder coating.

Both processes will give you a much longer lifespan than a single powder coat.
