Quality control requirements for MIL- DTL -11195G, Type II

I am trying to determine the ongoing quality assurance testing that is required for a coater applying MIL-DTL-11195G, Type II paint. Researching the available information I have found that, MIL-STD-171E 6.2 lists many quality tests that appear to be slanted toward getting the initial QPL. There is a citation for a FED-STD-141 "method 1000" ongoing test procedure. The 141D document I bought does not list a "method 1000". Any suggestions?

Thanks
