How to obtain antique copper finish on painted cast iron

Hi, I have some dummy spade hinges with a black finish that appears enameled over cast iron. I need to refinish it so it matches my front door hardware/lockset which is "antique copper" finish.

Hi, Derrick. Assuming paint will stick, paint them brown, then paint them copper color and wipe the copper color away from the edges and high points before or after it dries.
