Hi, Michael. Your solution has 12.5 parts per hundred of sodium hypochlorite. You want enough dilution water that those 12.5 parts will comprise only 5.25 percent of the final volume, so you need a total volume of 238 parts. So, take 1.38 times as much water as you have 12.5% solution and add your 12.5% solution.
