Process of hot zinc plating

Dear sir,

we have a small scale industry of zinc electroplating of capacity 05 mt/day & doing work of telco ,situated at Jamshedpur (india). In jamshedpur there is lot of job regarding hot zinc plating. I want to start this work in small scale 2ton /day capacity. How much capital should required for starting & pl. help me to calculate the process of costing of different type of job. & also suggest the name of m/c manufacturer. The size of tank should be 7.5 mtr.

Hi, Nilesh. Are you speaking of hot dip galvanizing or of zinc electroplating? In either case, when you are talking about planning a plant, it is time to retain a consultant. Good luck.
