I am not sure if you are asking can I replace a brown powder coating finish with a PC containing stainless steel?
It is possible to incorporate SS into PC but most definitely not recommended. This is due to the high probability of breathing in the S Steel powder coating dust, causing health problems. Try to obtain a PC finish based on mica to mirror your requirements.
