Cheapest way to add weight to clothes to make training gear

hi just wanted to know what would be the easiest metal to shape in small sizes but still be heavy to put in clothes to weigh the body down thats all really.

Hi, Ben. Steel is reasonably heavy and the least expensive metal. You can get BB's, ball bearing balls, or various sizes of shot for shotgun shells. Good luck.
