Hi, Milan. Do you presently do any zinc plating in your shop? If so, are you using cyanide, alkaline non-cyanide, or acid? Do you intend to plate this reel-to-reel, or hanging in loose spools on a rack? If so, what size are the spools? Does it need chromate conversion coating? Do you presently have any plating lines for pretreatment of brass substrates?

From here, it sounds like you need to retain a plating consultant to come in and design a process for you, but flesh out your question and maybe we can help. Good luck.
