-----Dura Bar G1 and Zn Phosphate coating
Hello, I work at a phosphate (zinc and manganese) coater. We had an opportunity to coat some sample pieces for an engine maker. The material is Dura Bar G1 but our zinc phosphate coating was thin and inconsistent. The parts were clean prior to coating. No pickling was used. Can dura bar g1 be zinc phosphate coated to produce a nice tight consistent coating? I would appreciate any help. Bob
