Hand rubbed bronze finish on brass jewelry parts

I am looking for a way to give raw brass jewelry findings a hand rubbed bronze finish with the lease use of harsh or toxic chemicals. Thank you!

Hi, Sue. This is jewelry, so paint is probably not going to be a good enough answer. The parts must be copper plated, blackened, and then relieved. Good luck.
