-----Baking parts with threaded holes?
Any ideas on Baking parts with threaded holes, should I coat the holes with something, plug them (with what)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Much more information needed:
What is the material?
What is the material strength?
Are you looking for heat treatment, stress relief or de-embrittlement?
Is the part coated? What is it coated with?
Is the stoving being done in a vacuum or an inert atmosphere, or is it air circulating?
Without this sort of information any answer given would be a pure guess.

There are commercially available "silicone plugs" developed for such cases.
