Co-deposition of Boron Carbide

Hi, I am trying to co-electrodeposit Boron Carbide powder in a metallic matrix like tin, but the particles do not incorporate almost at all when I section the parts and check them under microscope. Can anyone suggest something to help the incorporation of these inert particles please? Does anyone have any similar experience?

Current data is protected by patents. Some fairly good expired patents are available.
Particle size and quantity (density) are critical. The smallest will co deposit first. The wetting agent has to be in a reasonable range. Temperature can be very important, as is pH.
Good agitation is mandatory.
Tin and zinc are poor candidates for co deposition in most cases. Look at seeing in nickel or cobalt can be used.
