Changing the Color on Door Levers

I would like to finish my door levers in a Satin Bronze finish #612. What would be the best way to do it?

Hi, George. You need to send them to a plating shop if you want a real Satin Bronze. I'm not familiar with this "#612" specification -- where did you get this? Thanks.

Thanks!
