-----Want spray paint to create Vinyl top appearance

Many years ago I bought some spray paint that looked like a vinyl top after it is sprayed on. Got it from J.C.Whitney; it looked just like a real vinyl top, it only came in black but you could paint over it any color. Called J.C. Whitney and they remembered it from the
1970s but did not know who made it, anybody know of a product like this?

I got the paint from j c whitney about the same time. I want to buy it again but I can't find it anywhere. Wish you good luck.
