Hexavalent/Trivalent recovery from Chromic Acid Anodize?

I understand that some companies do metal recovery from existing baths. I am wondering if there are companies that will recover Cr6 & Cr3 from an existing anodizing bath. The levels are approx. 50 g/l of Cr3 and 95 g/l of Cr6. It is expensive to decant or replace. Can you help me out?

I think that you can use porous pot technology to control the trash metal in the solution. I do not know if it will work on the aluminum ion. It will also convert the tri to hex.

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
