Sir:
The Temperature of your flux is too low; it must be around 70 C. What is the iron+2 concentration in your flux? What is the density (or baumé) of your flux? What is the sodium chloride concentration (NaCl) in your flux? What is your going-in time (into the zinc) and what is the total time in the zinc (in minutes)? What is the composition of your steel product?
