Water Based Anti Rust Coating for Wire Nail Coils

We are a nail coil manufacturer located in India. We request someone to suggest a water based anti rust pigmented coating for application on the wire nail coils in post manufacture stage preferably by dipping method. It should produce golden coating shade, quick drying and have a coating thickness of at least 6 to 8 microns. Life expected for about 6 months. If the anti rust coating can be incorporated online in the manufacturing process, we would be quite happy to implement it. In this case, the drying time should be instantaneous, for facilitating nail coils winding.

Hi, Siva. We can't recommend one particular brand over another brand on this site, but what you are looking for is often called a "lacquer finish". Hopefully that will help you locate suppliers.
