September 27, 2008

Is there a list of materials and their current density limits for Reliable electrode use in KOH?

Hi, Mark. For moderate concentration in aqueous solution, even plain steel should be fine, as well as typical grades of stainless steel like 304 and 316. Zinc, aluminum, brass would be out. But please tell us the temperature and concentration.
