Maximum allowable concentration of metallic contaminants in acid copper sulphate plating bath?

Currently I am trying to set the specification for acid copper sulphate [on eBay or Amazon]plating bath. But I couldn't find any information regarding the maximum allowable concentration of metallic contaminants. Thus, could you please tell me in general the maximum amounts that could be allowed in acid copper sulphate plating bath?
Thanks,

Hi Tida,

I'm not sure what application for your acid copper plating. For PCB industry, metallic impurities are controlled as below to preserve good elongation and tensile strength properties:

Fe: < 50 ppm;
Ni: < 20 ppm;
Zn: < 20 ppm;
Sn: < 20 ppm;
Pb: < 10 ppm;
Cr: < 10 ppm.

Best regards,
David
