Protecting polished aluminum

What is the best thing to use to protect polished aluminum parts from corrosion and to keep the shine? I need something that can be used on heated parts, like cylinder heads.

I recommend bright dip & clear anodize. The bright dip will help to retain the polish / shine during the anodize.
