Engineering hard anodizing of welded assembly

I have an assembly that is 6063 T6 tube & 5052 H32 sheet. I want to have it Engineering Hard Anodized. Will the dissimilar alloys result in colour difference or any other problems? What is the highest temp possible to give the hardest coating possible.

Different alloys welded together and anodized, YES, will give a different shade color AND a slightly different thickness as a function of their different conductivity.

The highest temperature possible gives the most soft coating. The lower the temperature the harder. 32 F is most practical hardest. I have one client that hard coats at 20 F with an additive. Lower acid, down to 165 gm/L, promotes hardness. Higher current density (use additive) gives hardest.
