Metal hydroxide sludge treatment plant/facility?

(2000)

Hi I've heard about a plant in the US that treat and recover metals from electro plating plant sludge (metal hydroxide sludge). I believe it is supposed to be located in Wisconsin, but I'm not sure. Anyone who know about this? Thank you in advance.
