Electrically conductive aluminium enclosure

I am designing an aluminium enclosure assembling with several pieces throgh fastener. The ousides should be black anodized and internal surfaces should be conductive and there is no corrosion issue after long run.

What is the best solution ?

Hello Harris. This is not unusual. The plating shop can anodize the outside and either chromate conversion coat or electroless nickel plate the inside.

I use either a Chem Film, Iridite, or Alodine finish for the conductive surfaces. Ask them to Chem Film the part per MIL-C-5541E, then mask the area you want to be conductive, then anodize.
