Paint keeps peeling from railings at theme park

I am currently trying to find a solution to a problem that has been going on for years at my place of work. I work in a small popular tourist destination in Orlando. One of our show arenas is surrounded by metal railing that has been painted white. Guests are in constant contact with this railing. The problem is the paint never holds, we are currently using a latex paint for metal but guests peel it off everyday, we need to repaint the rails weekly, I am told that lots of options have been tried including spray paint, sanding, priming ect; all that stuff. So now I'm looking for any suggestions to get these rails to last at least a little while longer then what they are now. A strong paint that will stick to the metal and not peel off even with hundreds of kind picking at it everyday, appreciate any help ... thanks guys.

I would recommend sand blasting to bare metal (profesionally) and immediately electrostatically painting. A professional paint contractor can tell you which type of coating they can apply with the longest life, however, in the "abuse" situation you are encountering nothing will last.

Hi Marco,
I work with a company in Florida that manufactures railing systems.
adv.   I won't go as far as saying my product [on eBay or Amazon] will cure your problem, however since it's applied with a cloth it may be a lot faster and easier than re painting.
