-----Nickel Hydroxide?
Does anyone have a list of suppliers for nickel hydroxide? It seems the list is very limited.

A metal "hydroxide" is a funny beast. In some cases, there really is no such thing - just oxides with varying degrees of hydration.
I'd suggest buying some nickel chloride, adding NaOH, then filtering and washing the solid repeatedly with water. You'll inevitably have some sodium, and chloride contamination.
