Tremclad is a Canadian trade name for a whole line of paints, Tom, including several different kinds of rust paints. So your question is rather like asking what General Motors car is equivalent to a Toyota. But Tremclad and many other paint lines are all just part of Rust-oleum anyway, so maybe your question is more like what Mercedes is equivalent to a Chrysler.
