Nickel plating Mic 6 tooling plate

Hi there,
Does any one have experiece with Nickel plating or EN plating of Aluminum Mic 6 tooling plate (aka Jig plate)?

First you must use zincate solution and then you can electroplate Nikel on it.

Just answering your question, "YES." My firm used to electroless nickel plate hundreds of jig plate rotary tables used to index circuit boards on automatic insertion equipment. We still see callouts for this, however, it's not as common today but we can still provide it. Cast jig plate which is the generic callout for Mic 6 and Alca+ are difficult to clean and activate without creating a non-uniform appearance. This is true for plating or anodizing.
