Need plastisol repair material for coated punched decks

I need a cold patch, or field cured ( heat gun ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] or something) to repair patches from dime, quarter, dollar 1 foot square - is there anything for sale in a black matte finish? perhaps this might be a CVPC product - I am not sure

The required repairs are needed on playground equipment to prevent corrosion to metal decks

need gallon, or 5 gallon prefered - 2 part is ok
need ALSO REC'D PRIMER
