Copper plating (Thick 40-50 micron) on Nickel Iron Wires-Core wire of Welding Rods

Can some body suggest to plate copper as above on 3.15 and 4.0 mm dia, 300 and 350 mm long wire pieces. The plating should be adherent. We will prefer a cyanide free process. Volume are 10 tonnes per month. With present process which is acidic copper sulphate on eBay or Amazon [affil link] we can produce very little and adhesion is not good

Plate either Alkaline Copper strike or cyanide copper strike followed by Acid copper to build good thickness which will be adherent also.

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
