Stain on anodizing (forged material)

coming new product I need to anodize forged material A6151

the problem is after anodize 3um and dye with yellow color I noticed the material flow stain appear

i try to buff again 0.005 mm and go to anodize but the stain still appear

my friend said it is due to bonder chemical cause this problem but bonderising is essential for forging

please help any idea to solve this problem ?
